Denver's home for authentic Mexican cooking — slow-braised meats, handmade tortillas, and recipes passed down through three generations of the Rosario family.
Open Daily: 11am – 9pm · 3847 W 32nd Ave, Denver CO · (720) 555-0198
Rosario's Kitchen was founded in 1998 by Rosa Mendez, who brought her mother's handwritten recipe book from Oaxaca to Denver and opened a 12-seat restaurant on West 32nd Ave.
Today, her daughter Elena runs the kitchen alongside Rosa, and the recipes haven't changed. Every tortilla is still pressed by hand, every sauce is made from scratch, and every plate comes out with the same love that built this place.
We're not a chain. We're a family. And we'd love to share our table with you.
Everything on our menu is prepared fresh daily from family recipes. No shortcuts, no frozen food, no compromises.
We take reservations for parties of 2 or more. Walk-ins always welcome based on availability. For large groups (8+) or private events, give us a call.
"The birria tacos here are the best I've had outside of Mexico. The consommé alone is worth the trip. Rosa and Elena run such a warm, welcoming place. We come every Friday night."
"We had our engagement dinner here and it was perfect. The staff treated us like family, the food was incredible, and Rosa personally came out to congratulate us. This place has soul."
"As a Mexican-American, authentic food matters to me. This is the real deal — not Tex-Mex, not fusion, just honest, home-cooked Mexican food the way my grandmother used to make it."
